These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aria concierge chat service ("Aria") provided by Aria Speak, Bayonne, New Jersey, USA. By using Aria, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Important — Aria is not medical advice. Aria is an AI assistant that provides general information and preliminary, informational estimates only. Nothing Aria says is a medical diagnosis, medical advice, or a treatment recommendation. Any hair-loss assessment Aria provides from photos is an approximate, preliminary estimate that may be inaccurate. Only a qualified physician can evaluate your condition, and use of Aria creates no doctor–patient relationship with any clinic or with Aria Speak. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decision.

1. Eligibility

Aria is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using Aria, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. The Service

Aria answers questions about a clinic's services, provides general information, offers preliminary informational assessments from photos you voluntarily upload, and can pass your inquiry to the clinic's team if you share your contact details. Prices mentioned by Aria are indicative starting ranges; final pricing is always confirmed by the clinic.

3. AI Limitations

Aria is powered by an AI language model. AI systems can make mistakes, produce inaccurate or incomplete information, and vary in their responses. You should independently verify any information that matters to your decisions, and rely on the clinic's medical team — not Aria — for all medical questions.

4. Your Responsibilities

Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to share.
Do not use Aria to submit unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, or to probe, overload, or interfere with the service.
Do not rely on Aria for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Aria software, design, and branding are owned by Aria Speak and its licensors. Clinics using Aria receive a license to operate it; these Terms do not transfer any ownership to users or clinics.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aria is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aria Speak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any medical outcomes, decisions, or treatments, arising from your use of Aria. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

8. Privacy

Your use of Aria is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your messages, photos, and contact details are handled.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aria after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
