This Privacy Policy explains how Aria Speak ("we", "us"), based in Bayonne, New Jersey, USA, handles information when you use the Aria concierge chat service ("Aria") on this website.

1. Who We Are

Aria Speak operates Aria, an AI-powered concierge chat assistant, on behalf of medical clinics. Where Aria is deployed for a specific clinic, that clinic is the data controller for patient information, and Aria Speak acts as a service provider processing information on the clinic's behalf. 2. Information We Collect

• Chat messages you type into the Aria conversation window.
• Photos you choose to upload for a preliminary hair-loss assessment. These may reveal information about your appearance and health.
• Contact details you choose to share, such as your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and email address.
• Basic technical data processed automatically to deliver the service, such as your IP address (used for security rate-limiting only).

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this site.

3. How Your Information Is Used

• To generate Aria's responses to your questions in real time.
• To provide a preliminary, informational hair-loss assessment when you upload photos.
• To pass your inquiry (name, contact details, procedure interest, and assessment result) to the clinic so a coordinator can follow up with you — this happens when you share contact details in the chat.
• To protect the service against abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Service Providers

To operate Aria, information is processed by the following providers:

• Anthropic (USA) — the AI model that powers Aria's responses processes your messages and uploaded photos.
• Resend (USA) — delivers your inquiry to the clinic by email.
• Render (USA) — hosts the server that relays your conversation.
• Netlify (USA) — hosts this website.
• Google Fonts — loads the typefaces on this page; your IP address is transmitted to Google when fonts load.

If you are located outside the United States (for example in the EU, UK, or Türkiye), your information is transferred to and processed in the United States as described above.

5. Retention

Your chat conversation exists in your browser during your session and is not stored in a database by Aria Speak. When you share contact details, a lead summary (name, contact details, procedure interest, assessment result, language) is sent by email to the clinic and retained as email correspondence. Uploaded photos are transmitted for processing and are not retained by Aria Speak after your session.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise these rights, contact joseph@ariaspeak.com. If Aria is operated for a specific clinic, we may direct your request to that clinic as the data controller. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Not for Minors

Aria is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information through Aria, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption in transit, restrict backend access to authorized websites, apply rate limiting, and keep API credentials out of client-side code. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
